Gul Orthodontics is the custodian of the personal information you provide. We collect your name and contact details only to respond to your inquiry, confirm appointments, and provide orthodontic care. We handle personal health information in accordance with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA.
Automated calls. If you ask us to contact you, we may use an automated AI voice assistant to confirm details or answer questions. The assistant will identify itself as automated at the start of every call and will transfer you to a member of our team on request. We do not use these calls for unrelated marketing.
Call recording. Calls may be recorded for quality and accuracy. You will be told at the start of a call, and you may ask not to be recorded or to speak with a person instead.
Service providers & data location. We use trusted technology providers to operate our phone and scheduling systems; some may process data outside Canada under contractual safeguards. We limit what is shared to what is necessary.
Your choices. You can withdraw consent, ask us to stop contacting you, or request access to or correction of your information at any time by emailing hello@gulorthodontics.ca or calling (365) 360-3265. We keep information only as long as needed for care and as required by law.
